The entry-level Videojet Xtract Lite, ideal for low-cost and smaller laser marking systems, helps to maintain safe operator working conditions and product quality. Direct integration with a Videojet laser allows for a seamless start-up of the fume extractor.

Ideal fume extraction solution for laser marking, coding, and engraving of PVC materials

The Videojet Xtract PVC extraction system has been designed to effectively deal with the corrosive nature of the fumes generated when lasering PVC materials.

The system offers many of the features of our best-in-class Videojet Xtract Pro model and adds a coating to all internally exposed surfaces to resist the corrosive nature of PVC fumes. Also, each unit is fitted with HCL and VOC sensors to continually monitor the unit’s exhaust air and provide added safety assurance.

What is “run safe” operation?

To help prevent harm to operators and damage to the laser, Videojet fume extractors with run safe operation include a sensor that triggers an alarm and automatic shutdown of the laser after five seconds if the fume extractor has been started without a combined (main) filter or if the filter has been installed incorrectly.
