Videojet technical support and service teams are ready to respond to your call
While many of our associates are working remotely, our team of dedicated Videojet service technicians can assist with onsite maintenance if required. When a visit is needed, we will ask that someone at your location completes a very short questionnaire to help us better understand any additional precautions that may be needed.
VideojetConnect™ Remote Service
Keep in mind that if your equipment is activated with VideojetConnect™ Remote Service, our service team can help resolve many technical issues remotely, without the need for a service technician onsite. If you would like to see if your equipment is already activated with VideojetConnect, please ask your service representative or give us a call at 866-871-3226.
If you don’t already have VideojetConnect Remote Service, you can get it free of charge for the next 12 months on your supported printers when you sign up by June 30. This offer includes the cost to run the service at your facility as well as any required Videojet network hardware. The installation fee will be waived if you have a Videojet Comprehensive service agreement or if you place a printer order at the same time.
