V530 is a general purpose black Acetone/Ethanol ink qualified for use in the Videojet 1000 Line UHS continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers. It provides environmentally-friendly, patented, MEK-like high performance ink in a MEK-free formula. It is specially designed for printing onto various traditionally hard-to-code plastics in high-speed production line environments that require fast dry time.

Applications for V530-D and V530-K

V530 ink’s Ethanol/Acetone formula provides compatibility with high-speed packaging lines that require fast dry time and good adhesion, and where an MEK-Free ink is needed.

This ink delivers excellent adhesion on a wide range of substrates including acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), glass, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyester, steel, and nylon.

Non-acetone, non-MEK, no Drug Precursors (V940) alternative cleaner is available.
