V4276 is a thermochromic MPK/Ethanol red ink qualified for use in the Videojet 1580 and 1860 continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers. This ink is ideal for use in high-speed food canning applications where retort evidence is desired. It is specially designed to change color from DARK RED to BRIGHT RED when cooked with steam at high temperatures.

Applications for V4276-D and V4276-L
This ink is used for coding and marking food containers prior to the retort processes, which is used to preserve vegetables, beans, fruit, soup, sauces, baby food, meat/fish, ready-to-eat meals and pet food. It may also be used in food or pharmaceutical applications where the customer would like to reduce certain solvent plant emissions (e.g. MEK).
V4276 delivers excellent adhesion on a wide variety of substrates, including: aluminum, nylon, polyester, polystyrene, and paper board.
