At the time of installation, Videojet transfers the warranty for the printer over to your customer. We have local service and support teams in over 135 countries. All of this information will be provided to your customer for any of their ongoing parts, supplies or service needs.

Yes, the local Videojet service technician will train your customer’s machine operators after the installation of the printers.
