From the Domestic Terminal baggage Claim Areas of Terminals # 1, 2, & 3, take the elevator downstairs and follow the red signs to the Bus/Shuttle Center. Take elevator 3 or 4 to the Bus/Shuttle Center and proceed to Door 2 (across from the O'Hare Hilton). There is also a courtesy phone labeled Holiday Inn-Elk Grove in the baggage claim area, which will provide the same instructions.

From the International Terminal # 5 Proceed to the lower level and out door 5E. The shuttle stops outside door 5E at the island.
