The 1000 line (models 1210, 1510 and 1610) offers a full range of fluids designed for optimum performance on nearly all substrates. Our 1000 line uses a Smart Cartridge™ fluid delivery system that assures no-mess, eliminating spilled fluids through the use of self-contained cartridges, while ensuring that all the fluid in each cartridge is used. The no-mistake smart design even makes sure you’re using compatible fluids. It also alerts when fluids are nearing end of shelf-life to assure consistent printer operation and optimal stock rotation. Last, this line offers low solvent consumption which reduces operating costs.

Wide Array of Inks Selection

The 1000 line offers a wide array of inks and fluids, including: General purpose ink, ideal for many substrates, including; glass and plastic containers and metal cans. Also, fluids that are excellent for high humidity environments or moisture on the substrate. These inks offer good adhesion and survive pasteurization.

Inks for Various Applications

We offer inks that penetrate thin layers of condensation, withstand the pasteurization process, offer great adhesion on many substrates, including: steel, aluminum, glass, metal and wax coated substrates, and a variety of plastics, including; tough-to-code BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene), PE (polyethylene) flexible films, PP (polypropylene), HDPE, and LDPE (high & low-density polyethylene).
